Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in account or related to finance.
  • Proficient in accounting software such as AutoCount and SQL.
  • Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin (spoken and written).
  • Detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, good time management, and a team player.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day accounting operations and data entry using AutoCount and SQL.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, documentation, and reconciliation.
  • Ad hoc filing, organizing, and maintaining company records.
  • Assist clients in generating payslips and filing forms.
  • Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Support the team with other accounting and admin-related duties.
