Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for full set of accounting processes for a few entities.
  • Prepare consolidated financial statements.
  • Review monthly management accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties.
  • In-charge of tax and regulatory submissions.
  • Lead new processes and system implementation.

Note: You must be willing to commute to the Singapore Office (Shenton Way / Telok Ayer / Raffles Place) 3–4 days per week as part of role requirements till probation ends unless stated otherwise by the hiring team. Transportation Allowance will be given when needed to commute.

Responsibility
  • Responsible for full set of accounting processes and tasks (i.e. AP & AR process, GL, account reconciliation etc.) for a few entities
  • Prepare consolidated financial statements
  • Review monthly management accounts, financial statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties including external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities
  • In-charge of submission of all tax and regulatory filing, statutory audits, procedures and forms
  • Lead new processes and system implementation
