Responsibilities

• Monitor incoming payments and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Assist with audit and month end closing activities.

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Accountant (O2C/AR). Reporting to the Senior Manager, Regional Finance. This full‑time and permanent position offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Finance Operation and its growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate, review, and issue accurate invoices to customers based on services or products provided, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Reconcile billing discrepancies by reviewing accounts, identifying errors, and applying necessary adjustments.
• Maintain and update customer billing records, tracking charges, payments, and adjustments.
• Monitor incoming payments, ensure they are applied correctly to accounts, and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Assist with audit and month end closing activities.
• Any other ad-hoc duties.

Key Requirements

1. Proficiency in Mandarin required to coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams supporting operations in the Chinese market.
2. Meticulous attention to fine detail and able to work to tight deadlines and multi‑tasking.
3. Independent and self‑motivated.
4. Ability to organise and prioritise work with minimum supervision.
5. Strong team player.
6. Prior experience in handling account receivable is a great advantage.
7. Experience in shared services and handling companies in various jurisdictions is an advantage.
8. Recognised Degree/Diploma in Accounting or Finance.
9. At least 1‑3 years of experience in accounting/finance.
