A financial services company based in Subang Jaya is seeking a qualified candidate to manage financial documentation, perform analytical reviews of monthly financials, and assist in internal audits. Candidates should hold a degree in Accountancy or equivalent with at least 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in audit. Effective communication skills in both Mandarin and English are essential to interact with clients. • Perform analytical review of monthly financials, highlighting anomalies.

Responsible for maintaining proper documentation and a full set of accounts for Singapore

Perform analytical review of Singapore’s monthly financials, highlight any anomalies or variances that require investigation.

Assist the CFO and Finance Manager in rolling out group-wide initiatives in the areas of corporate governance, internal key financial controls, compliance, and group policy.

Prepare annual budget.

Support and manage internal and external audits, ensuring timely resolution of audit findings and comments.

Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the CFO/Finance Manager.

Requirements

• Holds a degree in Accountancy or an equivalent certification such as CPA, ACCA, or MIA.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, preferably with audit experience.
• Effective communication skills in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
