Job Responsibility
We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing team!
You'll be managing the full set of accounts, handling E-Invoicing, taxation, and SST, while ensuring compliance and supporting management with accurate financial insights.

- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of invoices and financial statements.
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage petty cash.
- Handle a full set of accounts and prepare monthly management reports.
- Coordinate and support the year-end audit process.
- Assist in inventory control, costing analysis, and physical stock count activities.
- Maintain proper financial documentation and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Manage fixed assets and perform depreciation calculations.
- Perform the full spectrum of AR, AP, and GL functions, including journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
- Prepare and reconcile intercompany transactions.
- Handle E-Invoicing processes in compliance with government requirements.
- Assist in taxation matters and ensure timely and accurate tax submissions.
- Manage SST reporting and submissions (preferably).
- Perform other accounting or finance-related tasks as assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements
- Proficient in MS Office and AutoCount Accounting Software (essential).
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent qualification.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Positive working attitude, responsible, and eager to learn.
