Football Focus Asia is a growing sports marketing agency specializing in South East Asian football, working across Sponsorships, Endorsements, Legend Player Visits, On‑Ground Events, and Football‑based Prize Campaigns.

We are seeking a Part‑Time Accountant to manage our company finances. The role requires working 3 days a week and executing tasks such as:

• Bookkeeping and financial reporting (P&L, B&S, TB) using UBS accounting software.
• Monthly cashflow, cost allocation & bank reconciliation.
• Invoicing, CN or DN & payments.
• Maintaining fixed asset listing and inventory listing.
• Basic HR – salaries, PCB, EPF, SOCSO, EIS & staff documents (payslips, EA forms).
• Preparation of annual financial reports for audit.
• Liaising with auditors, company secretary, authorities, clients and others.
• Filing.

Knowledge of UBS accounting software is essential.
