Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of accounts including general ledger, accounts receivable including month/year end financial closing
  • Issue customer invoice, receipt and other relevant documents needed promptly
  • Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on collection
  • Preparation of weekly cash flow forecast
  • Perform monthly AR, AP, bank and intercompany and GL reconciliation
  • Assist in preparation of financial reporting and disclosures
  • Assist in annual audit matters
  • Assist in new processes and system implementation when required
  • Any other tasks assigned from time to time
  • Corporate tax, SST, e-invoicing filling
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Professional Qualification in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • Minimum 5-6 years of relevant working experience. Audit experience is preferred
  • Required language(s): English and Bahasa MalaysiaMature, committed, meticulous and a good team player with positive attitude
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word & Excel) and ERP system (Microsoft AX is an advantage)
  • Passionate to learn and explore new knowledge
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with ability to interact with all levels
