Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and organize invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
  • Record financial transactions in the accounting system
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports
  • Maintain proper filing of accounting and audit-related documents
  • Support daily administrative tasks such as calls, documentation, and office coordination
  • Liaise with suppliers, clients, and auditors when necessary
Requirements
  • Minimum Certificate/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Basic knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, UBS, etc.)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
