A regional enterprise in Johor Bahru is seeking an Account Specialist to handle full set accounts, financial reporting and payroll processing. Job description

We are seeking a Account Specialist to support our organization in Malaysia (Based in Johor Bahru).

Responsibilities

1. Perform full set account including ensure all account receivable and account payable entries are transacted, posted & reconciliation into Accounting System, verify & process and arrange suppliers’ payment and staff’s petty cash.
2. Monthly Financial reporting and analysis for Management review.
3. Liaise with auditor and prepare audit schedules.
4. Handle Malaysia E invoice submission. (If required)
5. Handle Payroll – inclusive prepare for monthly payroll EPF & Socso submission for staff And Yearly form EA & E submission
6. Assist with other ad-hoc accounting duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• SPM / Diploma in Accounting with 1~2 years working experience.

Salary Range : RM3,500 to RM 5,000
