  • Maintain clean, organized, and up-to-date bookkeeping records that support smooth month-end closing.
  • Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, and detailed supporting schedules for leadership review.
  • Coordinate and prepare payment runs, ensuring all approvals are properly followed through.
  • Issue client invoices promptly and follow up on collections, playing a key role in maintaining a healthy cash flow.
  • Maintain clear and accurate AR/AP ageing reports for easy tracking and reporting.
  • Liaise confidently with banks on payment processing, deposits, and account-related matters.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Solid understanding of payment processing, cash flow monitoring, and day-to-day financial transactions.
  • Independent, reliable, and proactive, able to manage tasks with minimal supervision while coordinating smoothly with internal teams and external partners.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise confidently with stakeholders at different levels.
