Key Responsibilities
  • Perform financial analysis on the client's management account
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills toward efficiently communicating new business processes and procedures
  • Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports
  • Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information and also handling tax planning
  • Documents financial transactions by entering account information
  • Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options
  • Summarizes current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports
  • Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
  • Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions
  • Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
  • Perform any other duties as assigned
Job Requirements And Qualifications
  • Prefer with 2-3 years relevant working experience
  • Possess relevant accounting and finance degree or professional qualification
  • Be able to work under stress
  • Be able to speak and write Chinese and English
  • Good communication skill and negotiation skill
  • Professional and honest
  • Previous audit and tax experience, or experience working as a business advisor in the accounting, finance, and tax industries, is preferred
