Job summary

Toll Group is seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer in Bayan Lepas, Malaysia to support accurate and timely billing operations. You will handle invoicing, verify rates, and resolve queries, while maintaining compliance with policies and customer requirements.

The role requires 1–3 years in AR or billing, proficiency in SAP or CargoWise, and strong Excel skills. You will work with cross-functional teams to meet KPIs in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, billing, or finance operations.
• Experience using SAP, CargoWise, or other ERP systems is highly advantageous.
• Strong understanding of billing processes, invoicing, and accounts receivable principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to collaborate across teams.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate billing requests from Operations, ensuring information and documents are complete and accurate.
• Process customer billing and invoice generation in SAP and CargoWise.
• Verify billing rates and charges for accuracy and contract compliance.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare and issue credit notes with approvals and documentation.
• Maintain billing records and proper filing for audit/compliance.
• Generate and distribute invoices and supporting documents to customers within SLA.
• Prepare monthly billing reports to support month-end closing and reporting.
• Manage billing upload templates to ensure data accuracy.
• Support billing inquiries and disputes while maintaining relationships.
• Contribute to process improvements and ad-hoc projects.
