ACCOUNT RECEIVABLE & CREDIT CONTROL, SENIOR EXECUTIVE (RETAIL)

ACCOUNT RECEIVABLE & CREDIT CONTROL SENIOR EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledgers on a regular basis
  • Prepare financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status
  • Mitigate the risk of bad debts and potential legal liabilities to the company.
  • Prepare instructions for the issuance of letter of Demand (LOD) in cases where tenants fail to make payment by the due date.
  • Prepare Tenant Sales Performance Reports for management review and decision making.
  • Provide sales performance analysis to the Leasing team to support tenancy renewal assessments.
  • Issue Default, Installment, and Breach of Installment Letters where necessary, in accordance to company policies.
  • Liaised with Leasing department o the preparation and issuance of required tenancy-related documents.
  • Manage credit and collection of accounts receivable, ensure prompt payment following
  • Assist with internal and external audit processes
  • Review financial documents and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported
  • Collaborate with department heads to keep them informed of financial status and discrepancies
Requirement
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Proven experience as an accounts executive or senior executive or similar role
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
