Job description
Responsibilities
- Issue invoices, official receipt, follow up on payments, and update collections records.
- Record daily transactions accurately into the accounting system.
- Prepare and reconcile customer statements and payment reports.
- Liaise with customers on billing or payment issues professionally.
- Support the finance team with filing, data entry, and other administrative duties as required.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
