Job description

We are hiring an experienced Accounts Payable Officer/ Executive to join our Payment Team. This role involves overseeing end-to-end payment processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. Experience with SAP Cash Management will be a strong asset in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute timely and accurate vendor payments (including telegraphic transfer, ACH, and cheques).
  • Lead daily and weekly payment runs in accordance with company policies.
  • Resolve complex vendor and payment issues in collaboration with procurement and finance teams.
  • Support month-end closing, reporting, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls and financial compliance standards.
Requirements
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payables for executive role. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Experience with SAP and familiarity with the Cash Management module are highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of payment processes and banking transactions.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
  • Candidate must be willing to work at Senai, Johor.
