Finance Operations Hiring – AP, AR, Billing, Credit & RTR (Shared Services, Selangor)

Our client is expanding their Shared Services Finance Operations team and is looking for experienced and motivated professionals to support their growing regional operations. All positions work within an SAP-based environment, and the team operates on a hybrid work model in Selangor.

1. Payment Team Lead

• Lead the payment operations team within the shared services structure
• Manage payment cycles, approvals, compliance, and process improvements
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
• SAP experience required or strongly preferred

2. Senior Accounts Payable Specialist

• Responsible for end-to-end accounts payable operations
• Strong background in invoice management, vendor reconciliation, and AP controls
• SAP experience required or strongly preferred

3. Senior Billing Specialist – Korean Speaker

• Oversee end-to-end billing operations
• Korean fluency required (certification not necessary)
• SAP billing experience is an advantage

4. Billing Associate (Fresh Graduates Welcome)

• Entry-level role with training provided
• Assist with billing tasks and system updates
• SAP exposure will be provided

5. Collections & Cash Application Specialist – Philippines Region

• Manage receivables collection and cash application activities
• Experience in finance operations or shared services preferred
• SAP experience is an advantage

6. Credit Specialist – Mandarin Speaker

• Handle credit assessments, risk evaluation, and account monitoring
• Mandarin fluency required to handle Mandarin speaking counterparts
• SAP credit management experience is an advantage

7. RTR Executive – Mandarin Speaker (Open to Auditors)

• Responsible for month-end close, reporting, and record-to-report tasks
• Suitable for auditors transitioning into RTR roles
• Mandarin fluency required to handle Mandarin speaking counterparts
• Experience with SAP RTR modules preferred
