A growing accounting firm in Kuching is seeking an Account Officer to manage daily accounting and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include preparing reports, maintaining records, assisting with audits, and supporting office operations. To handle daily accounting & admin tasks, manage records, prepare reports, assist operations, and support management efficiently.
Ensure all accounting/banking entries are complete and accurate.
Maintain proper data, documentation, record keeping, and filling.
Assist audit preparations, liaise with the external auditor, bank and payroll.
Compile and prepare monthly financial reports for Directors.
Handle general administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations.
Assist with basic HR tasks and provide administrative support for sales.
Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time if require.
