Job description
Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate accounts payable records, including processing invoices, verifying payment approvals, and reconciling vendor statements.
  • Handle accounts receivable functions, such as generating invoices, tracking payments, and following up on overdue accounts to ensure timely collection.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.
  • Perform general ledger entries and reconciliations to maintain the integrity of financial data and support accurate financial reporting.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement in financial processes and reporting.
  • Support the account management team by providing administrative assistance, preparing client reports, and resolving account-related inquiries or issues.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia to facilitate smooth financial operations and address any concerns.
Qualifications
  • Possess a Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia is required to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client accounts and build relationships.
