As an Account Manager at Hilti, you will be the trusted partner for our customers, helping them solve real construction challenges with innovative solutions. This role exists to deliver measurable impact, by understanding customer needs, uncovering new opportunities, and driving impact that make construction better. What You’ll do

• Engage with a minimum of 6 customers daily at various construction sites to build strong relationships and provide on‑the‑ground support.
• Conduct at least one impactful product demonstration each day to showcase solutions and drive customer value.
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and exceptional customer service.
• Participate in sales planning and strategy development to contribute to the overall growth of the business.
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular performance reports.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, competitor activity, and Hilti's product and service offerings.

What You’ll Bring

• Preferably Bachelor's Degree in mechanical/electrical/civil engineering; MBA or post‑graduate degree is a plus.
• At least 2‑3 years prior experience in sales.
• Able to carry themselves professionally to build relationships at different levels – C‑suite and operations level executives, and internal stakeholders.
• Must be passionate and able to demonstrate high interest building a career in a construction industry.
• Demonstrated strong sense of achievement in their line of work.
• Has a basic understanding and skills to interpret financial statements.
• Comfortable working independently and proactive in reaching out when in need of support.
