Job Description

As our Indirect Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in expanding our business within non-OEM accounts, including contractors and wholesalers, in the Malaysia region. Your mission will be to leverage your technical expertise and sales acumen to drive business growth, enhance customer relationships, and optimize sales processes using CRM tools such as Salesforce.

You’ll collaborate with various teams, including regional business development team, marketing, and customer service, and take ownership of managing non-OEM accounts and utilizing CRM tools effectively. By doing so, you will help the company move toward a more efficient and customer-focused future, aligning with our broad portfolio of products and solutions designed to support sustainability and resilience

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and enhance Danfoss Climate Solutions' market presence in Malaysia.
  • Support non-OEM accounts, including contractors and wholesalers, by developing and maintaining strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with local and overseas internal teams, including product management and marketing, on aligning sales efforts with company goals.
  • Use your skills in technical support to guide customers in understanding the benefits and applications of Danfoss products, improving their overall experience.
  • Continuously learn and share insights from market analysis to enhance our strategies in identifying trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
