About the role

This role is responsible for driving Kerry’s growth within the Foodservice Chains sector across Malaysia, with a focus on strengthening key customer partnerships and unlocking new business opportunities. As part of the SEA Foodservice Chains team, you will promote Kerry’s diverse product portfolio, lead commercial discussions, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams

Key responsibilities
  • Position and promote Kerry's product portfolio within the Foodservice Chains sector.
  • Manage and maintain existing accounts, ensuring strong relationships and continued business.
  • Seek out new business opportunities and develop new opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Utilize creativity, value-proposition selling, and customer management skills to support and grow existing platforms.
  • Identify new categories where value-added products can be created.
  • Work as an individual contributor while being a part of the SEA Foodservice Chains Team.
  • Collaborate closely with R&D and Business Development teams to:
  • Architect customer ideas.
  • Interpret market trends.
  • Design innovative products to drive overall category growth.
  • Hold direct revenue responsibility across the Malaysia market
Qualifications and skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in Sales to promote foodservice products.
  • Must possess a wide, existing customer network in Foodservice and experience working with B2B business model.
  • Must have key accounts activation experience and capability in managing the process from a sales perspective.
  • Business level English with excellent organizational skills as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Culinary / Food & Beverage experience and strong, up to date knowledge of the market will be an advantage.
