Job summary

Marsh in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a FINPRO Team professional to manage day-to-day client communications for complex accounts and support business growth in Malaysia.

You will work with internal teams to understand client needs, develop risk maps, and ensure timely, accurate service delivery while maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 2–5 years in client service, account management, operations or related field.
  • Experience in insurance, consulting, brokerage or professional services.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools.
  • Experience supporting complex client accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day communication with numerous and/or complex client accounts.
  • Follow up on correspondences and manage ongoing client communications in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and communicate understanding of client businesses via research, benchmarking, and risk maps.
  • Support colleagues in managing day-to-day aspects of designated accounts and related tasks.
  • Liaise between internal professionals and client accounts to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
  • Represent the business in a professional manner to support client satisfaction, compliance, and efficiency.
  • Manage account concerns and resolve routine and complex problems promptly.
  • Escalate issues to senior colleagues when appropriate.
  • Collect insights on relationship satisfaction and report with context.
  • Build professional relationships with client counterparts.
  • Complete billing and other transactional work as required.
  • Generate calendars, timelines, and other materials to support delivery.
  • Stay fluent in service offerings and market trends to enhance work quality.
