Position Summary
  • Account Manager, Corporate Sales is responsible for developing and managing relationships with corporate clients to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • This role involves executing a strategic sales plan, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent post-sale support to maintain long-term relationships.
  • The Account Manager will focus on acquiring new corporate clients while deepening relationships with existing ones to meet revenue targets and ensure the company’s competitive position in the marketplace.
  • This individual will act as the primary point of contact between the company and its corporate clients, ensuring that clients’ needs are met effectively and efficiently.
Key Accountability
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with corporate clients and act as the main point of contact for corporate accounts.
  • Ensure client needs are consistently met, managing post-sale client experience to foster long-term partnerships and ensure contract renewals.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new corporate business opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to the corporate sector, including preparing sales presentations, proposals, and managing contract negotiations.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and client needs to adapt sales strategies effectively and provide feedback to senior management on market conditions and business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery and product offerings.
  • Work with the finance department to ensure timely billing and payment collection from corporate clients.
  • Develop and execute detailed account plans for key corporate clients, ensuring regular reporting on sales progress, pipeline development, and performance metrics.
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues promptly while providing exceptional service to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Ensure that client expectations are managed and that the company meets agreed-upon service levels and contract terms.
  • Track and report on sales performance, client engagement, and satisfaction levels, and monitor key sales metrics such as client retention rates, revenue growth, and pipeline status to ensure business objectives are met.
Qualification & Working Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate sales demonstrating a proven track record of consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets.
