Requirement
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, CAT, ACCA, LCCI or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting, preferably handling a full set of accounts.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of Malaysian accounting standards and statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
  • Good analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Meticulous, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
  • A good team player who is dynamic with mature personality, independent.
Responsibility
  • Handle the full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and supporting schedules.
  • Manage and process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Handle EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB submissions in compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Ensure timely closing of monthly and yearly accounts.
  • Assist with budgeting, cash flow management, monthly closing activities, GL bank reconciliation & other required schedule, aging and audit‑related matters.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities when required.
  • Support management in improving accounting processes and financial efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standard and reporting in line with the company policy and procedures.
  • Any other ad hoc task or project as when required by superior and management.
