Roles & Responsibilities
  • Engage with a minimum of 6 customers daily at various construction sites to build strong relationships and provide on-the-ground support.
  • Conduct at least one impactful product demonstration each day to showcase solutions and drive customer value.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and exceptional customer service.
  • Participate in sales planning and strategy development to contribute to the overall growth of the business.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular performance reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and Hilti's product and service offerings.
