Aicello Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is a manufacturing company of Polyethlene Bags for 100% export. BOSELON is used in wide variety of industries that help to protect and preventing the formation of rust on the metal surface.

Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for an Account Manager located in Kulim Hi‑Tech Park District. The role involves tasks related to budget planning as well as supporting executive management team in offering insights and financial advice that will allow them to make the best business decisions for the company.

Qualifications
  • Possess Degree in Accounting
  • At least 8 years working experience in related field
  • Good command of spoken and written English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Advantage for Japanese speaker
  • Ability to work independently
Responsibilities & Authority
  • Provide report and financial management information to top management and HQ
  • Prepare monthly analysis financial statement (BS, Cash Flow, Income Statement and etc)
  • Prepare forecast for account team by monthly, quarterly and annual
  • Assist in preparing FS (year‑end) books for audit
  • Communicate and handle auditors team for monitoring company's financial
  • Handle with Tax Team for monitoring company's tax
  • Check process payroll and payroll reports
  • Manage daily operation including:
    • Month and year end process
    • All account GL
    • Account payable record - Overseas & Local
    • Fixed asset activity
    • Inventory movement
    • Maintain physical file and documentation
