Job description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Account Executive to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full set of accounts, payroll processing, and statutory submissions, and must be able to speak and understand Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin‑speaking clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle the full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation.

Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and supporting schedules.

Manage and process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Handle EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB submissions in compliance with statutory requirements.

Ensure timely closing of monthly and yearly accounts.

Assist with budgeting, cash flow management, and audit‑related matters.

Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities when required.

Communicate effectively in Mandarin with clients, vendors, and internal departments.

Support management in improving accounting processes and financial efficiency.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting, preferably handling a full set of accounts.

Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or equivalent).

Fluent in Mandarin and English — both spoken and written.

Strong understanding of Malaysian accounting standards and statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).

Good analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Meticulous, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
