• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual Financial Reports.

• Prepare Company Taxation and submit accurately and timely.

Job description

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual Financial Reports.

Prepare weekly and monthly Cash Flow Reports.

Verify and approve supplier payments and monitor credit control.

Monitor utilization of banking facilities.

Preparation of bank application (RC, LC, BG, BA etc.).

Monitor AR Aging and highlight long overdue customers.

Responsible for Company Taxation. Ensure Tax Computation information prepares and submit to Tax Agent accurately and timely.

Review of tax payable and provision required in financial statement.

Lead and co‑ordinate the preparation of Company budget.

Prepare monthly prepayments, accruals, and provisions.

Prepare monthly financial closing.

Undertake any ad hoc tasks assigned by superior or management from time to time.

Qualifications

Degree in Finance/Accounting.

Experience in handling full set of accounts.

Experience in SAP system will be added advantage.

Experience in calculating overhead costs required.

Preferred in the manufacturing industry.

Ability to work independently, self-driven, positive working attitude and meet tight deadline.
