Job summary

A leading manufacturer in Malaysia is seeking an Account Executive/Senior Account Executive to manage financial reports, handle taxation, and lead budget preparations. Ideal candidates should have a degree in Finance/Accounting and experience in handling full set of accounts. The role requires strong independence, positive attitude, and the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual Financial Reports.
• Verify and approve supplier payments and monitor credit control.
• Responsible for Company Taxation and ensure accurate submissions to Tax Agent.
• Lead and coordinate the preparation of Company budget.

Account Executive/ Senior Account Executive

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual Financial Reports.

Prepare weekly and monthly Cash Flow Reports

Verify and approved supplier payments and monitor credit control.

Monitor utilization of banking facilities.

Preparation of bank application (RC, LC, BG, BA etc.).

Monitor AR Aging and highlight long overdue customers.

Responsible in Company Taxation. Ensure Tax Computation information prepares and submit to Tax Agent accurately and timely.

Review of tax payable and provision required in financial statement

To lead and co-ordinate the preparation of Company budget.

To prepare monthly prepayments, accruals, and provisions

To prepare monthly financial closing.

To undertake any ad hoc tasks assigned by superior or management from time to time.

Requirements

Degree in Finance/Accounting

Experience in handling full set of accounts

Experience in SAP system will be added advantage

Experience in calculating overhead costs required

Preferred in the manufacturing industry

Ability to work independently, self-driven, positive working attitude and meet tight deadline.
