Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in handling full set of accounts.
  • Preferably experience in engineering, construction, or project-based industries.
  • Experience with project cost tracking and work-in-progress accounting is a plus.

Job Description:

  • Handle full set of accounts: AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, and journal entries.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly management reports, cash flow statements, and financial forecasts.
  • Manage and monitor project costing and ensure accurate cost allocations.
  • Ensure timely invoicing, payment processing, and collection of accounts.
  • Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and statutory bodies for audit, tax filing (SST), and compliance matters.
  • Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documentation.
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial planning.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in handling full set of accounts, preferably in engineering, construction, or project-based industries.
  • Experience with project cost tracking and work-in-progress accounting is a plus.
  • Proficient in SQL Accounting System or similar accounting software.
  • Detail-oriented, independent, and able to meet deadlines.
