Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and experienced Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. The Account Executive will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including preparing and analyzing financial statements, maintaining accounting records, processing payroll, handling accounts payable and receivable, preparing tax returns, and conducting audits.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Maintain accounting records, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Process payroll, including calculating wages, taxes, and deductions.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, including billing, collecting payments, and reconciling accounts.
  • Prepare tax returns, including individual, corporate, and sales tax returns.
  • Conduct audits, including internal and external audits.
  • Provide financial advice to management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
  • Comply with accounting regulations.
  • Manage financial risks.
  • Train and supervise accounting staff.
