Job summary

Job description

Handle daily accounting transactions (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation).

Prepare payment vouchers, invoices, receipts, and petty cash.

Assist in month‑end closing and financial reporting.

Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external parties when needed.

Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and records.

Ensure timely submission of financial data and statutory reports.

(Senior) Review and monitor junior staff’s work, assist in cash flow planning and budgeting.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Junior: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.

Senior: Minimum 4 years of experience in full set of accounts.

Knowledge of accounting software (SQL, AutoCount, UBS, or similar).
