Accounting & Financial Management

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day in-house accounting functions, including bookkeeping, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies as required.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Corporate Finance Exposure
  • Assist in the financial analysis of companies, sectors, and industries.
  • Support due diligence processes in mergers, acquisitions, and corporate takeovers.
  • Contribute to share placements, fundraising, and initial public offerings (IPOs).
  • Engage with Private Equity and Venture Capital funds in relation to investment evaluations.
  • Prepare investor presentations, financial models, and valuation reports under guidance.

  • Participate in training and mentoring programs to develop skills in corporate finance.
  • Work closely with senior team members to gain practical exposure to deal structuring and strategic financial advisory.
Requirements
  • A degree/diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
