Accounting & Financial Management
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day in-house accounting functions, including bookkeeping, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies as required.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Corporate Finance Exposure
- Assist in the financial analysis of companies, sectors, and industries.
- Support due diligence processes in mergers, acquisitions, and corporate takeovers.
- Contribute to share placements, fundraising, and initial public offerings (IPOs).
- Engage with Private Equity and Venture Capital funds in relation to investment evaluations.
- Prepare investor presentations, financial models, and valuation reports under guidance.
- Professional Development
- Participate in training and mentoring programs to develop skills in corporate finance.
- Work closely with senior team members to gain practical exposure to deal structuring and strategic financial advisory.
Requirements
- A degree/diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance (fresh graduates with strong internships may also be considered).
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the corporate finance domain.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.
