Job Position: Account Executive/ Finance Executive

Salary Up To RM4000

Job Descriptions:

• Preparation overall management account with various monthly reports from production, warehouse, shipping, marketing and account. Verify with respective PIC if the records do not tally.
• Responsible for month end closing and monthly management report
• Assist to prepare financial analysis for Groups quarterly and yearly reporting purpose
• Responsible for yearly audit exercise, prepare the financial statements and corporate tax submission
• Assisting in setting up internal control
• Ensure accounting records are compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Perform accounting analysis for accruals, account payables, account receivables and reconciliations. Provide appropriate accounting information to management when needed. Assist various departments in accounting issues and queries.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as when assigned

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Experience working with Microsoft office, NAV
• Strong communication skills, and ability to present findings in a thoughtful and concise manner
• Ability to work and think entrepreneurially and independently with strong time and information management skills
• Detailed oriented and able to follow up on tasks
• Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
