What you'll be doing?

Prepare accounts: You'll be responsible for the timely preparation of full sets of accounts, weekly, month-end, and financial year-end closing with Note to Accounts and all related accounts schedules.

Handle finance functions: Manage Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and perform accounts reconciliations.

Support audit and tax: Prepare audit and tax schedules for year-end finalization.

Communicate with business unit: Attend to client's queries or requests effectively.

Manage treasury services: Monitor and update client's cash flow/trust accounts inflow/outflow.

Prepare payment/receipt vouchers: Ensure all related documents/invoices/approval are properly filed.

Supervise junior staff: Oversee the efficiency and work quality of the junior staff team.

Who are they looking for?

Education: Possess a Diploma, Degree or in the midst of pursuing professional studies in accounting/financial or its equivalent.

Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in full set accounting is required.

Multi-task and adapt: Able to multi-task and adapt to dynamic changes in business.

Language proficiency: Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese is required to liaise with project managers from China.
