CT YONG MOTORS Sdn Bhd is looking for a talented Account Executive to join our dynamic team in our Sungai Bakap office. With a total of 8 branches, we are a growing company, and in this full-time role, you will provide essential support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing

• Handle bookkeeping and data entry of company’s financial transactions into accounting software
• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries
• Prepare monthly management reports and financial statements for clients
• Assist in the preparation and submission of tax returns and statutory filings
• Provide administrative and clerical support related to accounts
• Communicate and coordinate with senior account executive to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial information

What we're looking for

1. Experience with accounting software such as SQL accounting (preferred)
2. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility in handling clients' accounts
3. Basic knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and tax requirements
4. A team player with the ability to work independently when needed
