Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting tasks including data entry, invoicing, and payment processing
• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in budgeting and forecasting
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and inventory transactions
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with audit preparations
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for internal and external reporting

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance (retail or F&B is a plus)
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Preferably able to speak and write in Mandarin to liaise with suppliers and internal teams
