Job description
Responsibilities
  • Ensuring all accounting systems, practices, controls and procedures are fully compliant with company policy.
  • Ensure supplier payment integrity and smooth pay-out.
  • Supervise accounts payable and receivable, fixed assets, and financial reporting.
  • Interact with external auditors, authorities and tax agents on the accounting audit and income tax matters if required.
  • Assist on any ad hoc-tasks required by department head.
  • Knowledge of E-invoicing, SST, accounting and tax management practices is preferred.
Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in any related accounting field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant audit/account working experience.
  • Communicate effectively in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English. Proficient in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Accounting Software (SQL).
  • Positive attitudes, responsible, self‑discipline and dedicated to work.
  • Detail‑oriented, organized & able to work within deadlines.
  • EPF, SOSCO, EIS knowledge.
