  • Manage complete accounting cycle (journals, reconciliation, month-end & year-end close).
  • Prepare management accounts, variance analysis & financial presentations.
  • Handle SST submissions and payroll.
  • Lead annual audit preparation & liaise with auditors.
  • Oversee invoicing accuracy, collections, costing & aging monitoring.
  • Maintain compliance with accounting standards.

Job description

Join International Royal Relocations (RR Global Solutions (M) Sdn Bhd) as an Account Executive. In this key role, you will have full responsibility for the company's financial operations, including managing full-set accounts, payroll, AR/AP, invoicing, costing and audit preparation. Your work providing accurate reports and insightful financial analysis will directly support management in strategic decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complete accounting cycle (journals, reconciliation, month‑end & year‑end close).
  • Prepare management accounts, variance analysis & financial presentations.
  • Handle SST submissions, e‑invoicing, corporate tax support & payroll.
  • Lead annual audit preparation & liaise with external/internal auditors, tax agents & bankers.
  • Oversee AR/AP processes, invoicing accuracy, collections, costing & aging monitoring.
  • Maintain strong internal controls & ensure compliance with company policies and Malaysian accounting standards.
Requirements (Essential)
  • Degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 3–5 years of full-set accounting experience.
  • Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Proficient in SQL Accounting, SQL Payroll & Microsoft Office.
  • Strong knowledge of costing, AR, AP & accounting standards.
  • Independent, organised and able to meet tight deadlines.
