Job summary

A recruitment agency in Malaysia is seeking an Account Executive to manage full accounting responsibilities including payroll processing and compliance. Position : Account Executive

Salary : RM 2,800 – RM 3,500

Location : Seri Gembira Avenue, No 6, Jalan Senang Ria,Taman Gembira, 58200 Kuala Lumpur.

Working Day : Monday – Friday (0900am – 1800pm)

Job Responsibilities :-
  • Manage the full set of accounts and ensure timely month-end closing.
  • Handle payroll processing and ensure timely submission of EPF, SOCSO, and PCB.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliation, AP, AR, and GL postings with precision.
  • Manage the company's SST requirements efficiently.
  • Maintain and update account records in accounting systems.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies, internal controls and accounting procedures.
Job Requirements :-
  • Diploma in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification such as LCCI, ACCA, CPA.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in related fields.
  • FRESH GRADUATES are encouraged to apply.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping and reporting.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
