Job summary

A leading renovation design firm in Johor is looking for an accountant to manage full set of accounts and daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in AutoCount Accounting System, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. This role involves processing payroll and coordinating with the admin department. Salary ranges from RM3,000 to RM4,500 based on experience.

Qualifications

• Proficient in AutoCount Accounting System.
• Experience in handling full set of accounts.
• Familiarity with payroll & HR processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts independently.
• Manage daily accounting operations using AutoCount Accounting System.
• Process monthly payroll using Infotech system.
• Prepare and verify Vouchers (VOs), claims, and payments.
• Coordinate with the admin department on related reports.

📋 Job Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts independently
• Manage daily accounting operations using AutoCount Accounting System
• Process monthly payroll using Infotech system
• Prepare and verify Vouchers (VOs), claims, and payments
• Coordinate with the admin department on related reports and documentation

🎓 Requirements

• Proficient in AutoCount Accounting System
• Experienced in handling full set of accounts
• Familiar with payroll & HR processes (Infotech experience is an advantage)
• Responsible, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently

💰 Salary Range: RM3,000 – RM4,500 (depending on experience)

🕘 Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm

📍 Work Location: Senai, Johor
