Job summary

A leading medical center in Klang, Selangor is seeking an experienced accounting professional. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Accounting/Finance and have 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably including time in an audit firm. Responsibilities include managing full sets of accounts, preparing management reports, and performing daily sales reconciliations. Candidates who can work independently, as well as in a team, are preferred. Additional benefits include public holidays, annual leave, and medical claims.

Qualifications

  • At least 3-5 years of working experience in a related field.
  • Experience in an audit firm is an added advantage.
  • Ability to start work immediately or with a short notice.

Responsibilities

  • Handle full set accounts and prepare monthly management reports.
  • Perform daily sales reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
  • Assist with invoicing/collection and other POS issues.
  • Analyze Branch P&L to ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare year-end accounts and audit schedules.
  • Perform forecasts for P&L and cash-flow.
  • Liaise with auditors and tax agents.
  • Assist Finance Manager in daily operations.

Candidates must possess a Degree in Accounting/Finance or be partially complete in a Professional Accounting Qualification.

At least 3‑5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Experience in an audit firm is an added advantage.

Ability to work independently and as a team; work beyond office hours when necessary; preferably speak multiple languages; able to start work immediately / with a short notice.

Job Description
  • Handle full set accounts and prepare monthly management reports (experience with AutoCount Accounting System will be an added advantage)
  • Perform and counter‑check daily sales reconciliation to ensure completeness of sales transactions
  • Assist Branch PIC with invoicing/collection/credit note and other Point‑of‑Sales (POS) issues
  • Analyse Branch P&L to ensure accuracy of accounting entries
  • Prepare year‑end accounts and audit schedules for audit purposes
  • Perform P&L and cash‑flow forecasts
  • liaise with auditors and tax agents
  • Work under pressure and independently
  • Assist Finance Manager in daily operations and other ad‑hoc tasks
