Job summary

A leading accounting firm in Johor is hiring an Account Executive to manage full set accounts and handle various accounting tasks. Your responsibilities will include preparing financial reports, managing tax submissions, and supporting audit processes. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience and be able to work independently. A diploma in accounting, preferably LCCI or CAT, is required. This role offers a competitive salary of RM4,500 to RM5,500 per month.

Job responsibilities:
  • Handle various accounting tasks, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable (AP/AR), invoicing, and bank reconciliations.

  • Prepare financial reports such as profit and loss (P&L) statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

  • Manage tax submissions, including Sales and Service Tax (SST), corporate income tax, PCB, and other relevant filings.

  • Assist in audit processes by preparing necessary documents and supporting auditors.

  • Provide basic financial analysis and reporting to support management in decision-making.

Requirements:
  • At least LCCI / CAT / or diploma in accounting
  • Able to handle full set accounts independently
