Job Description

As an Account Executive, you will oversee and coordinate the day-to-day accounting operations. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that payments and financial entries are carried out in a timely manner with precision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle full set accounts.
  • Assist in daily accounting operations (e.g. invoice processing, payment vouchers, receipts).
  • Handle e‑Invoice submission and ensure compliance with current regulations.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records.
  • Follow up on customer and supplier payments.
  • Assist in preparing financial documents and simple accounting listings.
  • Support with month‑end closing tasks.
  • Complete ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the HOD on time.
  • Ensure accuracy in all financial entries — must be sensitive to numbers.
  • Ad‑hoc tasks as necessarily required.
Requirements
  • SPM/Diploma in Accounting/Finance or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of accounting experience.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel; knowledge of AutoCount or e‑Invoice platform is a must or any relevant Accounting system is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills in Mandarin and basic English to process multilingual documents and clients.
  • A strong passion for accounting field.
  • Able to commute in Johor Bahru is an advantage.
