Job summary

A leading company in financial services in Ipoh is seeking a Senior / Junior Account Executive responsible for managing various accounting functions, including checking monthly supplier statements, preparing aging reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role may require handling accounting transactions as directed. Ideal candidates should have a keen eye for detail and understanding of financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Check monthly supplier statement against invoices.
• Prepared monthly aging.
• Prepared Biweekly Sub-Con salary against the punch card.
• Complies with financial legal requirements by enforcing adherence to legislation.
• Manage all accounting transactions if requested by the director.

Job description

• Check monthly supplier statement against invoices.

• Complies with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
• Manage all accounting transactions if requested by the director.
