Job Summary

The Account Executive will play a key role in ensuring the company maintains a clean balance sheet while supporting the sales team in managing accounts receivable. This role involves monitoring customer payments, assessing creditworthiness, and ensuring invoices and sales orders are accurately processed in compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure collection policies and procedures are followed by the sales team.
  • Assess customers’ credit ratings with banks, review company backgrounds, and evaluate payment histories.
  • Process new account applications, set up credit terms, and manage credit limit extensions.
  • Match incoming payments promptly in the accounting system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely and effective collection of all debts and customer payments.
  • Review debtors’ aging reports regularly and maintain contact with key customers to ensure invoices are settled on time.
  • Assist the sales team in negotiating repayment plans with customers for any outstanding or bad debts.
  • Resolve internal and external queries related to outstanding invoices.
  • Ensure all sales orders are processed accurately and invoices are sent to customers promptly.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams to facilitate smooth account management.
