Job description

Responsibilities:

Handle the full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and financial reporting.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.

Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to ensure sufficient funds for business operations.

Manage invoicing, billing, and payment processing for suppliers and customers.

Ensure timely submission of SST (Sales & Service Tax) reports and compliance with other tax regulations.

Assist in audit preparation by maintaining accurate financial records and liaising with external auditors.

Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping for all financial transactions.

Support the management team with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control analysis.

Handle any other accounting-related duties assigned by management.

Ensure compliance with audit requirements and assist in the preparation of audit schedules.

Liaise with internal and external auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in full set accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Auto Count, MYOB).
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in the food industry is an advantage.
