Position: Account Executive

Employment Status: Full-Time (Permanent)

Location: Bangi, Selangor, Malaysia

Salary Range: RM3,500 - 4,000

Role Description

The Accounts Executive is responsible for the complete and accurate management of the company's financial records. This includes maintaining the general ledger, managing accounts payable and receivable, performing bank reconciliations, and assisting in the preparation of monthly financial statements up to the trial balance. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in accounting software and principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory for financial analysis, reporting, and reconciliation (must be comfortable with functions like VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve discrepancies quickly
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast‑paced environment
• Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
