The role involves assisting with accounts receivable and payable, processing staff claims, and reconciling accounts. Responsibilities:

  • Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable matters
  • Process staff claims in accordance with the Firm’s policies and procedures
  • Reconcile accounts including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank, salary, service tax
  • Support the preparation of month-end schedules and other related tasks
  • Provide administrative responsibilities and tasks assigned
  • Undertake ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: Diploma in Accounting
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Ability to meet deadlines and deliver results
  • High level of accuracy and attention to details; able to multitask effectively
  • Independent and able to work under minimal supervision and pressure
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
