We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Account cum Admin Officer to support our daily accounting and administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, is highly organized, and can communicate effectively in a multilingual environment. You'll play a key part in ensuring smooth payment processes, accurate record-keeping and general office support.

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Arrange daily outgoing transactions by Local Transfers, Cheque, Remittances.
  • Perform accurate data entry for vendor invoices, staff claims and daily receipts.
  • Maintain proper documentation and systematic filing of records.
  • Respond to email/phone enquiries related to payments and collections.
  • Handle sensitive or confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
  • Support general administrative tasks and office coordination.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum SPM. Diploma in Accounting/Finance or related field is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin, English, Bahasa Melayu (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients).
  • Familiarity with accounting systems is a plus.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, independence and analytical, with a positive working attitude.
  • A proactive team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
